Order Status:

To check the status of your order, please enter the Order ID provided to you in the automatic e-mail sent to you at the time you submitted your order.
Although most orders are dispatched within 48 hrs, depending on your order delivery could take as long as 10 days.

Please note: Once your order is dispatched you will be notified via email from our automatic update system.

Delivery:

All orders are dispatched recorded & require a signature no matter how big or small,
Orders under 2 kg are dispatched 2nd class recorded sign for using Royal Mail.
Orders over 2kg are dispatched with DHL economy up to 3 / 5 working days these also require a signature.
Our aim is to provide all our customers with the full status of your order at all times, and endeavour to dispatch all goods within our deadline,

Tracking Number's:

Once your order has been dispatched if a tracking / barcode number is required please use our online contact form to request your unique number. (this will be sent to you within 12hrs)
N.B We can only provide these once your order has been dispatched with our choice of Courier and not before.
